The product shipped very quickly and was packaged to ensure it wasn't damaged during the shipping process. I was also given a thank you card which was very heartfelt; it said to reach out if I had any problems which is amazing customer service! The necklace itself is very nice, good for someone looking for a necklace that is minimal but not plain. The gemstone (December) was slightly darker than pictured but that is to be expected when it is not under direct light. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone reading this, it will make a great gift for my friend!
