Unless expressly stated on the product page, our jewelry is not solid gold or solid precious metal. Gold-plated and gold-tone jewelry requires appropriate care to preserve its finish.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. DEANA-TORONTO does not directly store full payment card details.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incomplete, high-risk, or in violation of these Terms.

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if it has already entered processing, production, personalization, fulfillment, or shipment.

6. Personalized, Custom, and Made-to-Order Items

Some DEANA-TORONTO products may include personalization, custom sizing, initials, engraving, charms, special chain lengths, or other made-to-order details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details carefully before placing an order, including spelling, initials, font choices, chain length, engraving instructions, and any notes submitted at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

DEANA-TORONTO ships from Canada and offers domestic and international shipping options where available.

Estimated delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or through shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by order processing time, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's service standards and tracking updates. We will do our best to assist with tracking concerns, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery dates.

8. International Orders, Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges required by their destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside DEANA-TORONTO's control. We cannot predict or guarantee the amount of any import-related charges.
